These terms govern your use of OneAboveAI's audit, implementation, and growth services. Please read them before engaging with us.
These Terms of Service govern your use of the OneAboveAI website and services. By using the Services, you accept these Terms. For related legal documents, see our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the OneAboveAI website or using any of our services — including the Revenue Leaks Audit, the Growth Audit, fix implementation, and the Growth Engine — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.
2. Definitions
"Company," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Autonomix OU, trading as OneAboveAI, registered in Estonia. "You" and "User" refer to any individual or entity accessing our Website or services. "Services" means the Revenue Leaks Audit, Growth Audit, fix implementation, and Growth Engine offerings. "Website" means www.oneaboveai.com and all subdomains.
3. Services Overview
OneAboveAI provides a diagnostic platform that audits digital presence to identify revenue leaks, along with optional implementation services to fix identified issues and ongoing growth-engine services. We offer two audit products: the Revenue Leaks Audit (free, automated, examines your website) and the Growth Audit (paid, human-reviewed, examines your presence on one social or marketing platform). Fix implementation and Growth Engine services are provided under separate agreements.
4. The Revenue Leaks Audit (Free)
The Revenue Leaks Audit is a free, automated scan of your website that runs at a point in time. Reports are generated automatically and reflect your website's state at the time of the scan. Scores, findings, and recommendations are advisory and do not constitute a guarantee of results. Reports are identified by a unique shareable link; you are responsible for controlling who you share that link with. We recommend treating report links as confidential.
5. The Growth Audit (Human-Reviewed)
The Growth Audit is a paid, human-reviewed analysis of your presence on one social or marketing platform. You select one platform at checkout; each order covers one platform. A real analyst reviews the findings before they are delivered. The report is delivered within 2 business days of payment to the email you provide at checkout. We may also send the report to that email as a secure link for GDPR-safe delivery. If you are not satisfied with the Growth Audit, you may request a resolution within 72 hours of delivery by contacting info@oneaboveai.com, and we will work with you to make it right.
6. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
Our Website uses cookies and similar technologies to operate, analyze usage, and improve the experience. Essential cookies are required for the Website to function. Non-essential cookies (functional, analytics, marketing) are only set with your consent, which you can provide or withdraw at any time via our Cookie Preferences Manager. 7. Pricing & Payment
The Revenue Leaks Audit is free. The Growth Audit is priced as displayed at checkout per order and covers one social or marketing platform. Fix prices are shown transparently in your Revenue Leaks Audit report before purchase. By selecting fixes and completing checkout, you agree to pay the displayed amount. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. Fix packages are priced to never exceed the cost of their individual fixes combined.
8. Implementation & Access
To implement purchased fixes, you agree to provide accurate, scoped access through our secure access form. You are responsible for ensuring you have the authority to grant such access. OneAboveAI will use access solely to perform the approved work and will revoke it upon completion. We never request passwords via email or chat.
9. Data Protection & Privacy
We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable laws. Our legal entity (Autonomix OU) acts as the data controller for personal data collected through the Website and Services. 10. Refunds & EU Consumer Rights
For the Growth Audit, you may request a resolution within 72 hours of delivery. For fix implementation services, if work has not yet commenced, you may request a full refund by contacting info@oneaboveai.com. Once implementation work has commenced, fees for work already completed are non-refundable, but we will work with you in good faith on any issue that arises. EU consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services not yet commenced; by requesting immediate performance of a Service, you acknowledge that this right may be limited once the Service has been fully performed. Refunds are processed to the original payment method via Stripe.
11. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and website you submit for auditing, for maintaining backups, and for promptly providing the access needed for implementation. You agree not to use our Services to infringe any third party's rights or to violate any applicable law. OneAboveAI is not liable for issues arising from inaccurate or incomplete information you provide.
12. Intellectual Property
All content, software, methodologies, and branding on this site are the property of Autonomix OU (trading as OneAboveAI) or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. Your audit report is licensed to you for your internal use; you may share it via its link but may not resell or redistribute it commercially. Any feedback you provide may be used by us to improve the Services without obligation.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Autonomix OU (trading as OneAboveAI), its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your misuse of the Services; (c) your violation of any third party's rights, including intellectual property rights; or (d) any content you submit through the Services.
14. Limitation of Liability
OneAboveAI provides services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our Services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 100. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including, for EU consumers, statutory rights).
15. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, government actions, power outages, internet or hosting failures, or third-party service outages (including Stripe, Vercel, Cloudflare, or Redis). If a force majeure event continues for more than 30 days, either party may terminate the affected Services.
16. No Guarantee of Results
While our diagnostics and implementations are designed to improve your digital presence, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes such as revenue, traffic, or conversion figures, as these depend on many factors outside our control including your market, product, and execution. Audit scores and recommendations are advisory only.
17. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice. Upon termination, we will wind down any active access and deliver completed work up to the termination date. Refunds after termination are governed by Section 10. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services immediately if you violate these Terms or use the Services unlawfully.
18. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights or obligations under them without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Any attempted assignment in violation of this Section is void.
19. Severability & Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect, and the invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and OneAboveAI regarding the Services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
20. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any mandatory consumer protection provisions, any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Harju County, Estonia. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Nothing in this Section affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

22. Notices
Any notices to OneAboveAI under these Terms must be sent to legal@oneaboveai.com. Notices to you may be sent to the email address you provide at checkout or during account registration. You are responsible for keeping your contact information current. Notices are deemed received 24 hours after email delivery.
23. Age Restriction
The Services are intended for users who are at least 16 years of age. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are between 16 and 18, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent where required by your jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16; if we become aware of such data, we will delete it promptly.
24. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date, and where required by law, we will notify you by email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
